Circle L engine

The Circle L is an Automobile engine produced by Isuzu Motors Polska in Poland. It is a 1.7 L (1686 cc, 103 cu in) Diesel Straight-4 originally designed by Isuzu but now owned by General Motors Corporation. The engine is used in Europe by GM's Opel and Vauxhall Motors subsidiary and by Honda.

Honda
The Honda version features Common rail Direct injection technology, while the Opel 4EE2 unit uses low-pressure DI. Honda's purchase of the Circle-L engines was reciprocated by GM's purchase of the J35A3 V6.

The 4EE2 produces 55 kW (74 hp) at 4400 rpm and 165 N·m (122 ft·lbf) at 1800 rpm.
